Contact us for a free consultation today!

Pre-Processing:

Pre-Processing is any manual task(s) that must be completed in order to make a document or file "Scan-Ready". This could be as simple as sortation & separation, but could become more complex and time consuming if additional preparation is required. Examples of addition preparation tasks could include:

- Staple removal

- Documents w/ uncommon dimensions

- Poor quality or damaged documents

Digital Document Conversion:

Keeping all of your office files and client records on paper makes it difficult to find and access documents when you need them most. Creating digital reproductions of your files allows you to quickly and easily find the information you need without having to sort through multiple boxes or filing cabinets to find what you need. Having a digital backup of your files also creates an additional level of insurance and security.

OCR (Optical Character Recognition):

Optical Character Recognition is part of the scanning process that allows the technician to select a particular piece of text in each document. Special OCR software then interprets the selected area and converts it into useful information. This allows users to find and access the document by searching for any term or text within the pre-selected area. For more information about OCR capabilities and benefits, please contact us...we would be happy to discuss any of our services with you!

Reverse Preparation

Should you choose to keep your paper documents, (some government and/or insurance agencies require original documents be kept for a specific time period), we offer Reverse Preparation. After the scanning process is complete we will return all documents to the status in which we received them: Whether it be re-stapling, reorganizing, returning to binders, boxes, filing systems, etc.
